Trained by the people who run the playbook.
Encore's training isn't delivered by a corporate department reading from a binder someone else wrote. You learn the systems at the operation where they were built, from the team that uses them every day.
Two phases. One standard.
Learn the system where it runs.
A week of training at the flagship operation covering operations, marketing, and client interaction: the quote process, the warehouse standards, the dispatch rhythm, the daily meeting. You won't watch slides about the business; you'll stand in the middle of it during a working week.
Launch with an operator beside you.
When your business opens, an experienced trainer comes to you for a week of on-site support during launch, when questions stop being theoretical. Your first deliveries, your first installs, your first quotes go out with someone who has done thousands of them standing next to you.
Support with a schedule, not a slogan.
"Ongoing support" means something specific here: a structured cadence that's heaviest when you need it most and steps back as you find your footing.
- Year OneMonthly check-ins, virtual or in person, covering operations, sales, and customer service. The year you'll have the most questions is the year you'll have the most contact.
- Year TwoQuarterly check-ins as your operation stabilizes and your team matures.
- Year Three OnwardSemi-annual reviews, plus access whenever you need it. The cadence steps down; the relationship doesn't.
Marketing support
Continuous marketing guidance, ready-to-use materials, and strategies tailored to your territory, anchored by the Market Introduction Program that launches your market.
Expert assistance
Refresher training when you need it, plus guidance in accounting, legal, and technology matters: areas where a wrong early decision gets expensive.
Ongoing development
Encore's processes keep improving at the flagship: updated methods, equipment evaluations, and industry developments flow to franchisees as they're proven.
Run by an operator, not a department.
Many franchise systems are run by people who haven't operated a unit in years, or ever. Encore's franchise program is run from the original Shreveport operation, where the founder is in the business every day and the systems you're taught are the ones running that morning's deliveries.
That matters for a practical reason: when you call with an operational problem, you're not opening a support ticket. You're talking to people who had your problem, solved it, and wrote the solution into the playbook you own.
See the process, end to end.
From first conversation to opening day: what to expect, how long it takes, and the questions candidates ask most.
